هر حساب کاربری وای‌انگلیش مخصوص یک نفر است: همان کسی که ثبت‌نام کرده و دوره‌ها را برای خودش خریده است. لطفاً رمز عبور یا حساب خود را در اختیار دیگران نگذارید. اگر دوست یا یکی از اعضای خانواده‌تان هم می‌خواهد با ما یاد بگیرد، خوشحال می‌شویم حساب جداگانهٔ خودش را بسازد و دوره را برای خودش تهیه کند.
Each YEnglishtube account belongs to one person: the person who registered and bought the courses for themselves. Please do not share your password or your account. If a friend or family member would like to learn with us too, they are welcome to create their own account and get the course for themselves.
می‌توانید با حساب خود هم از سایت و هم از اپلیکیشن (اپ اندروید، آیفون یا وب‌اپ) استفاده کنید. برای حفاظت از حساب‌ها، تعداد دستگاه‌هایی که هم‌زمان وارد یک حساب هستند محدود است؛ اگر روی دستگاه تازه‌ای وارد شوید، ممکن است حساب روی دستگاه قبلی خارج شود.
You can use your account on both the website and the app (Android, iPhone, or web app). To protect accounts, the number of devices signed in at the same time is limited; signing in on a new device may sign your account out of an older one.

Several people using one account, or giving others access to your account (free or for payment), is not allowed.

As described in our Privacy Policy, information such as device type, time of use, and IP address is recorded when you sign in and use our services. We use it to keep accounts secure and to detect one account being used by several people at the same time.
اگر نشانه‌های استفادهٔ هم‌زمان چند نفر از یک حساب دیده شود، اول در سایت یا اپ به شما تذکر می‌دهیم. اگر بعد از تذکرها این استفاده ادامه پیدا کند، حساب به‌طور خودکار مسدود می‌شود و تا بررسی پشتیبانی قابل استفاده نیست. دوره‌هایی که خریده‌اید متعلق به حساب شما می‌مانند و بعد از باز شدن حساب دوباره در دسترس‌اند.
If we see signs of several people using one account at the same time, we first show you a notice on the website or in the app. If this continues after the notices, the account is blocked automatically and stays unavailable until our support team reviews it. The courses you bought stay with your account and are available again once it is unblocked.

Sometimes one person uses a phone and a computer at the same time on two different internet connections. If you see a notice or your account is blocked and you think this is a mistake, message us through Online Support and we will look into it carefully.
